to host a server, does it has to be over 18 to use the paypal thinggie..

i do not have visa or master card.. but how about just a bank account??

You can link a bank account to paypal, just create a paypal account for free at http://www.paypal.com and follow the prompts.

yes, but your parents may need to manage something, i know a guy who is under 18 and he has paypal but for him to do it his parents are notified and they have to accept it through there account or something.... *sigh of relief* the joy of being over 18! lol sorry bro.
