Giving Certain Changes To Certain Maps?

i want to make it so that like on scoutzknivez the gravity is set to 225 already, and i want to make its timelimit 90 by itself not affecting any other maps on the server, how can i do that?

If you have admin mod, create a file called scoutzknivez.cfg in your main server directory and put the map-specific settings there.
