To disable a metamod plugin completely, comment out its line in addons/metamod/plugins.ini by adding two forward slashes at the beginning of that line.

yeah, i was wondering if theres anyway to do it without restarting the server, like an rcon command?

rcon meta unload statsme, only works for one map, then whatever you disabled will be put back on.

rcon meta pause statsme should work across maps, also.
