Use this forum if you have a relatively general question or comment about a game, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, or Murmur/Mumble server with us. If you have a server-specific question that might not help out the community, please directly contact us through your control panel instead.
I can't access my ftp for my server, I am typing exactly what it says to type in the file manager tab. I was able to access it yesterday but it stopped working last night and I went to bed hoping it would fix itself.
No matter what I type for the username/password it says "Could not login to the FTP server with the Username and Password specified"
I even tried using smartFTP client and it also is saying bad password.
Please contact us on live chat regarding this, we cannot help you on the forums for a FTP issue. That is only suited for live chat, or secondly, via email so we know which server this is referring to.
