IS UP WITH THE FUCKING SPLIT ROUTERS OR WHATEVER IN SEATTLE. IM IN ALASKA AND GETTING 250 PING ON MY SERVER WHEN IM SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING 40-60 FOR THE LAST TWO FUCKING DAYS. THIS IS BULLSHIT SLOW FUCKERS FIX IT.

This is not a hate forum, also its the wrong place to be "bitching" about your problem. We have no control over your ISP's routers or the routers/servers along the route to the server.

The best thing you can do is contact your ISP and seek support there.

I highly recommend that you send us a tracert.

We have an open-door policy on all issues. Ask anything you need to through email and we will address it.

Sometimes we can help a route at our end, sometimes not. The only way I can tell is by examining both tracerts (to and from).
