Server Cancellation

Seeing as how this is the general forum and I have not been able to find a topic on how to cancel a server, i will ask here.

How do I cancel my server rental? I hope its not some useless phone call like it was with artofwar, an email would be a lot easier and save 10 boring minutes from everyones life.

of you use PayPal than you go in PayPal your Account and cancel the Server in there

Q: What's the correct process to cancel my server? 
A: Always tell us your plans to cancel in email; otherwise, we will assume that you are completely abandoning the server, and we might take it down prematurely (before your month ends). In your email, please include a reason, because we want to make sure it's not something we could fix, and we'd like feedback on where we may have gone wrong; also tell us whether we need to keep the server up for the remainder of the time you paid for. After sending the email, simply cancel the subscription in PayPal. If you have any questions about this process, email us.
