It says new servers only. does that mean new costomers buying new server or just new server, cause last one was customers.

Current customers may use the promotion to buy an additional server. They may not, however, use it to reconfigure a current server.

what about cancling current orders and reordering

? and whats up with internap? i visited your guyses speed/locations page and internap was douple the ping then other ones

As for the InterNAP, can you send us a traceroute on that so we can comment about the cause?

If you are significantly further from Seattle than you are from LA, your InterNAP ping will most likely be higher. That is purely a distance thing -- light can only travel so fast.

And unfortunately the movement of light in fiber optic cable is significantly slower due to refraction

eh, i forgot to ask.. does your server still stay the same price if you use a referal on it? or does it raise to the same price? cause you said with that configuration..
