map change isue

I was wondering when map changes it kicks people out sometimes and it is slower then heck.. like 1-2 mins.. what can be wrong with it and how can one fix this...

More than likely, you have a plugin that has to load information on mapchange and either has too much information to load or has corrupted information. That happens mainly with stats packages such as csstats and statsme.
