What's the correct process to cancel my server?

To cancel your subscription, you'd need to:

1. Log in to your control panel at http://www.nfoservers.com/control.
2. Click "My Account", then "Payments", and scroll to the "Packages/subscriptions" section.
3. Click "Cancel" for the package you want to cancel, then enter your reason and submit the form.
4. Make sure that the system responds with a confirmation notice at the top of that section, and check that it shows the subscription status as "Stopped".

After you cancel, your service will continue to run through your paid time.
