There are a couple of potential causes for this. One is that you are using the LocalMap line to start the server and it is not being completely processed -- please read our other FAQ question if you think this might be the case. The other cause we frequently see is that the LockedServer variable is being manually set by the renter, in addition to GamePassword. Since patch 1.1, the game does not require the that the LockedServer variable be specified and it should be removed.
