Yes, all webhosting accounts include DNS support and you will need to use it for us to support your site correctly. To use it, point your registrar's name server entries to:
NS1.NFOSERVERS.COM
NS2.NFOSERVERS.COM
NS3.NFOSERVERS.COM
Then, add your domain through the "Domains" page in the control panel.
