a friend of mine was going to come on my server, and he said he got automatically disconnected, he told me on aim that he was gonan show us these hacks thingys, and he tried to reconnect but it wouldnt let him cause he was banned, is there any way to unban him?

... hacks are bad. if it was VAC detected, you are outta luck.

just look in your banned.cfg and see if hes in there...

a good way to find out if its VAC, is if hes banned from all secure servers?

ask him to join a different server.

never mind... he can connect to servers that are cd-required. i tried to connect to a server ran by nuclearfallout. and it said he was banned, so hes pretty much sh*t outta luck?

i was looking at Cheating Death, my frienc onnected to a server running CD (server name is -=SkillZ 101=-) and he was connected to it and playin then quit to tell me about it. while i was reading it said CD couldnt work with VAC supported mods, i was thinking, which mods are vac supported? how can i disable them? do you know?

yes he was stupid enough to use one that VAC catches and got himself banned via won on all secure servers. the reason why cheating death servers work is because VAC is disabled on those servers.

anyways, tell him to get a new cd key or wait it out, sometimes vac releases the bans like 3-6 months later, sometimes 1 year, sometimes never.

i never thought of it like that, but my cousin is poor man he has a sh*************TY a** comp, is there a way i can disable thoe VAC things? he cant afford a new cd key, lifes touch for him
