Control panel faster

I've upgraded the control panel and server database backend to be MySQL, and as a result the control panel runs faster and more reliably. I also will be adding more features to it later, as they are easier to add with the new system. As part of the upgrade, I have also revamped the server page to allow sorting.

If you have any problems with your control panel due to the upgrade, please tell me!

these service panels are awesome... great job in creating them
