automatic server restart-help
Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to have a vps server so that if it crashes at any time, it will restart on its own without anyone needing to manually restart it.If so please tell me how.
Re: automatic server restart-help
Do you mean that you have a game server on a VPS that is crashing? If so, I'd recommend running it as a service with a program like FireDaemon. Alternately, some clients use another system called ServerChecker, that you might try.
On top of this, if you have a HL1 / Source / Orangebox / L4D / L4D2 server, make sure to run it with the "-nocrashdialog" option on its command line.
