Server is crashing...

So I have done a little research and it seems to be crashing when people join/leave between rounds or even closer to spawning at beginning of round. There are still other crashes that are happening but I copied everything in the console each time it happened today even once with me joining at the end of a round so I am having a hard time deciphering this so plz help me out.

This is the first time today. Happened right when I joined and after the bomb blew up.

Third time during a round randomly.

CalcSequenceIndex: can't find 'run_shoot_knife'.

Fourth time this time someone leaving at round start.

Netchannel: failed reading message svc_VoiceData from 63.251.20.69:27015.

PS: This is not my server and also I don't have FTP access just a server admin and the ability to restart the server when it crashes. Unfortunately the owner has not been on in a couple of days and we are losing players from all the crashes. All 4 of these happened within 30-45 min.

It is hard to tell what exactly may be going on from that information, but it looks like it may be addon related. If possible, try running the server for a bit without any addons running and see if the problem still happens. If it does not, start enabling addons again until the problem comes back.

If the problem still happens even with addons disabled, send us a help request from the control panel and we can take a closer look.
