Adding Admins To An Amx Server

Alright i've read all of the FAQs & most of the forums and the way i have it set now is to be

amx_admin "12345" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz" "ace"

As far as i know all the forums/faqs agree on that's how it's supposed to look like...... What am i doing wrong?????

Do i need something in my own files that i need to send to the server even though i'm using my won id without a password??

i do it like this

"26385" "i put there name here" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

than when the next map comes up there admin is on no haveing to restart it

Well i dont know what i did.... Probably i just needed to restart & when the map changed that did it

Yeah you always need to restart after making an update to most server files.
