My server is down. How do I troubleshoot this?

Open up your FTP and load up the cfg/exec_identifier.RPT file, where "identifier" is your server identifier. This is a logfile kept by the server, and it will usually show the most recent error at the bottom. For instance, it might show that you are missing a file needed by one of your mods, like this:
