CS Autobalance

Post by boyle_heights »

How can I autobalance so that the top player is moved to the losing team and not the last player that connected.

Thanks.

use the ptb plugin, that calculates people, their stats and such, and moves the appropiate people. It works most of the time, the tsays can get annoying, but you can disable that.

google ptb for counterstrike :)

PTB is best used as an AMX plugin.

When using that plugin do you need to change the mp_autobalance cvar to 0 in server.cfg for the plugin to work correctly?

that is correct. just follow the instructions given, it should tell you the server.cfg settings.

Personally I think that is a typo that should be fixed. AMX is actually easier to use than AM. With AMX its easier to add admins, plugins, change settings, etc... Plus there are far more things that can be done with AMX.

love the fire

Post by lt987456 »

lol the fire plugin is on my server and is used like slaying just because my admins love it so. And if your lucky that person will light the whole team on fire at spawn. The other favorite is the disarm plugin if someone is mouthy just let them try and talk smack with just a knife.
Oh and to stay on the subject I'm a n00b to running a server and with AMX mod I havent had any problems other than self caused ones
