It depends on the specific server type you ordered. Most servers are up within minutes, all automated.

Those will generally take 10-15 minutes. It should already be up by now.

I haven't gotten an email yet saying it was up. I did, however, recieve an order confirmation. Maybe it's just too late in the day for it. Booo.
