How to ban an IP

- Visit the "File manager" page in the control panel and open up UT2004.ini for editing.
- Find the [Engine.AccessControl] section.
- Add a line like this in before the other IPPolicies lines:
Replace 127.0.0.1 with the IP that you wish to ban.

IPPolicies=DENY;127.0.0.1 - Save the file.
- Restart your server through the "Server control" page.
