Does it look like I am blaming nfo?

Obviously you aren't.

And yes I have another provider I use besides Nfo.

This coming from an ex customer(you)...I have the right to complain, especially for the amount of money I am spending monthly.

Back to topic, looking forward to r9.
Also I am looking forward to a improved battle log in the near future.
This thread is 3 pages for what reason? I've been following whole time. Also, my fiber circuit far exceeds any costs you have, alone  .
No, but $275+ a month for an online gaming community is.

Back to the topic, Rush servers seems to be fine, just CQ problems with crash.

The crashing is getting worse instead of better, for us. We spend hours getting the server going and then it crashes once it's full. Probably will cancel after this billing cycle.

Yep, full maplist. I've looked for patterns regarding which map it's on when it crashes, but I don't see anything obvious. I've done as much troubleshooting as I can, really, and opening tickets here doesn't yield any results because it's not really anything NFO can control.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not OK with paying for something and not getting what I'm paying for. I hope NFO is doing its due diligence in applying pressure to EA/Dice, because ultimately resellers are hurt by these problems when customers leave.

It's alredy been posted that 64 slots server crash a lot, so everyone was offered to split their servers into 2 - 32 slot servers.

We hardly ever see a crash with our 32 slot, but we see a few players dropped at the end of the round because of game crashing. 1/3 of our clan members have this issue.

At least try dropping your slots to 52 as suggested as a max size for best performance.

I don't think I should have to apply a workaround that involves splitting my server or reducing the capacity by 20%. My clan likes the 64-player dynamic; that's what we want and that's what we're paying for.

Is there anything else you would purchase and then accept 20% reduced functionality just to get it working? Here's your Porsche. Just don't shift it into 5th gear or it will crash.

Anyway, just recreational complaining at this point so I'll drop it. But EA/Dice won't get the message until people put their money where their mouths are.

Well you can just keep complaining or just wait for an update.

Reporting In... Another server crash has just occurred. At least this time it was up for about 6 hours instead of 2 but is still unacceptable.

May be the best place to post all the issues. EA may check their forums, but definitely don't check these ones. More people post on theirs with all the issues, faster they may get fixed. I believe John sends in requests, but one voice only goes so far.

I'd like to test our your air maps, could you share your IP?
Been thinking about putting one up to see how it does.
