Are support tickets removed?

Are old support tickets removed?
Or only the last 20 or so showing?

Trying to find am old ticket where I was getting help installing mysql.
Having the same issue as then, but forgot what I did to fix it.

Aren't you able to see replies in you email? Unless of course you delete old emails.

The ticket was a year or more ago.
Those emails are long gone.

All support requests will be visible through the control panel. None have been deleted over the life of the system, and it's set up to pull all and list them there.
