Updated colocation page

I've updated the colocation page to reflect the 100 mbps burstable connectivity we can now provide at either Verio LA or InterNAP Seattle.

Colocation is the best option for servers we can't provide (Battlefield 1942, Natural Selection in its current state, etc.) and allows you to have control of your own machine in our facilities (you provide it, we install it). It's also very reasonable as far as bandwidth rates, especially compared to other rental companies that also offer colocation.
