does anyone know how i would be able to come about enabling this on my server? is there a special plugin i need for this? or is it just a server cvar?

O yeah.. one of my friends on server set sv_cheats 1 then was able to use some sort of impulse command.. don't remember what it was though.

It is sv_cheats 1. But you need a map change.

How do you turn it off then?

cuz it gets turned on automatically on my server, and i do not know how to turn it off :\

i think maybe sv_cheats 0

but i dont know

in my server.cfg the command says sv_cheats 02

could that be the problem?

maybe sv_cheats 0 should be put in instead of sv_cheats 02

any info would be helpful

Correct, it needs to be sv_cheats 0, not sv_cheats 02. That is your problem.
