The domination servers don't use as much CPU power on this end and aren't showing any dropped/missed frames, so that would have to be the game itself, unfortunately (or a routing problem for you).
(I've been watching these servers vigilantly to make sure that everything's solid on this end.)

With the limited beta right now (single map and only two game modes) it seems similar to BF3, and maybe just a bit higher.
