You want to RUN it, or play it at nice quality settings with good fps?
Do you need a monitor/keyboard/mouse as well?

If you dont have any knowledge on how to build,Then they may or whoever will charge you for the labour....which will take a small chunk out of your 550,Do you have a friend who can do it for you?

Here is a great site that will scan your pc and tell you where your current setup fails for any game. Just select BF4, and run the auto scanner. Allow the java plugin to run.

Their recommended specs for bf4:
CPU: AMD Six-core CPU, Intel quad-core CPU or better
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 8 64-Bit
Video Card: 3GB AMD Radeon HD 7870 / NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 or better
- Pixel Shader Version: 5.0
- Vertex Shader Version: 5.0
- Dedicated Video RAM: 3GB
Free Disk Space: 30GB
Not all are required, but as close as you can is better. Like the OS. Don't think it matters if your running Windows 7.
Newegg, Amazon, Frys, are a few. Being in Canada, I don't know many of the US places to purchase cheaper items.
