can i install plugins for auto balance in the server control

I have seen two things; procon and rconnet.de

i dont know anything abotu server admining, just want to be able to unstack the teams. the "beta shuffle" feature doesnt seem to work and teams stay stacked.

is there a way to edit the config or install pluging to autonbalance on nfoserver without using procon/rconnet?

if there are other free server admin tools i would be interested, i dont want to pay more. thanks.

Scramble only scrambles the teams, but still leaves the chance of one team being stronger than the other.

Procon has a couple of balancing plugins that allow teams to be sorted by player rank, previous round score, total overall player score, experience, etc.

rconnect is a paid service if I remember correctly, and I don't remember anything to balance teams.

Procon is probably the better admin tool. You can host it yourself (only runs when your pc is on), of you can rent a layer for a small monthly fee (runs 24/7). And Procon is relatively easy to use and their forum community is very helpful.

what happens to the server if my computer isnt on?

i saw where i can rent one for $2.00 i just dint know if it was possible to install it on the backend of this game server or if nfo server was planning to implement somehting liek that.

for sure, looked good. i jsut thought 4 bucks a month is a little pricy for the service, its just a little server 12vs12 for friends

rconnet is worth it in my opinion, I used it when I started out... Both are so different and both have there headaches... You just have to decide whether u like apples or oranges....

As I mentioned in the reply, I week 13hr days, so early mornings and late nights I get on for a bit. Weekends I am on all the time give or take.

we run procon and rconnet at the same time. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. We get the best using these two.

Rconnet costs extra while procon does, something to keep in mind. Procon allows us to write our own custom scripts which is a plus.
