Conquest has a timer?

Conquest has a timer?
Yesterday our server had no timer on it. Today when we all hopped on we suddenly had a 30 minute timer for Conquest large. I looked through all the settings cannot find something that is relevant to that. Is there a way to disable this?

Easy Setup = Round Timer = Put 0
