Maplist going crazy

Hello. Sometimes after the votemap passes (let's say it says the next map is paracel storm) it ignores that and instead of going from operation locker to paracel storm, it loads operation locker again. Is anyone experiencing this? If anything, it should load the next map on the default maplist after locker since locker is set to 1 round only.

Anyone? I don't understand why it automatically chooses the first map after the second one ends (first one being operation locker) why doesn't it switch to the next map (3rd) : /
