I went to the link you provided. As for step one, all setting were as they should be, no changes were needed.

As for the second step to update the Xen driver, that was done by NFO just a few weeks ago.

We are still having issues with our dedicated server. It now for reasons unknown shuts down. After which we had to log into the control panel to reboot the server. It was a microsoft runtime error window. I have no idea as to what prompted it. I recieved a call from a league member that our teamspeak and game server were down. I logged in to the server via desktop remote, and the error was there. I hope that helps.
