Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

this is on shared web hosting here, and i tried putting index.php, and same error pops up.

I also thought it could possibly be the was i transfered myBB (corrupt file or something), so i deleted and reuploaded it and still same error. I had my buddy do it for me when i first got it and he did it ...

ok so i know this is because my website insn't installed yet but when i type in http://www.{insertwebsitehere].com/install/ it gives me the exact same error. any ideas on how to fix this?
