I'd say SFTP for Linux and just copy-paste on RDP for Windows.
Both of these options work out of the box and don't require 3rd party stuff installed.

Be sure to install the bajillion dependencies for VSH 1.52. Unless you have reasons to use 1.52, I would stay with 1.42 because of the new version's buggy dependencies

Is this an NFO standard game server? I'm pretty sure they run their servers as 'dedicated' while your server reports 'dedicated No'. If you're hosting this at home, then you'd connect by your local IP and the problem has nothing to do with NFO. Things you can try before contacting NFO directly (if i...

I've never tested, but apparently leaving Windows to manage core affinities can yield better results then manually doing it.
