Assigning Ram

i was wondering how can i assign ram to my game servers on my unmanaged vds?

i am trying to run games that are not on your games supported list.
such as terraria and tremulous
i just really want to assign the ram to each of them
2 gigs of ram to each game server

You dont assign RAM. You can set the affinity for the process. Or set which cores the server will use.

Is that what you mean?

No it wasn't but since it's not possible, may you explain on how I can do that of setting affinity and assigning cores.

I've never tested, but apparently leaving Windows to manage core affinities can yield better results then manually doing it.

Allowing the OS to assign cores is usually best.

Some games (Minecraft) allow you to manually define how much memory is allocated to the server. If your server supports this, it should be indicated in its documentation.
