I guess both, everyone stops moving, and there's a connection error in the top right. We can't shoot or do anything. And this accounts to EVERY player.

Also, I've already done the allow upload/download 0 thing, which fixed one problem, but not this.

So the title pretty much says it. When ever someone gets changed from lets say "user" to "member". The game lags for five seconds. This same thing happened when players spawn in the server, but I fixed that. Now this is the issue. How do I fix this?
