Map Errors and Mapvote Help

Hi,

So after one or two rounds of minecraft on my TTT server, the map goes into a five minute preparing phase. There are a lot of other errors that we are encountering, but I'm fed up and want to start fresh, map wise.

Beside wanting to know how to fix this, I would also like to know the best way of setting up my TTT maps on my server. By this I mean, how I should organise them, such as should I put them in my steam collection, or should I use GMAD and put them in my FTB Client. I would also like this to be compatible with a mapvote addon. In the past, players on my server could vote for these random counterstrike maps that I didn't even know existed. I would like them to only be able to vote for my custom maps that I put on my self.

It may seem like a hard request, but I am desperate.
