So I got the issue solved, it was because they where pointed to the wrong urls, thanks for your help soja.
(Used the repair_settings.php and set everything to default and it re-routed everything)

I am not talking about your NFO CP, your SMF CP. If this is a new install, just reinstall the software and make sure you configure it right this time. Yeah, I re-installed it over a dozen times, and it doesn't allow me to change anything that directs towards the IP/Domain url or whatever it's calle...

I have no idea why it would try and pull from the IP address, I never set it to that, it doesn't give the option to set it to anything just in the settings where it has the server identifier and goes to source, cache and board.

So for some odd reason (even with the old version that use to work) SMF seems to not work anymore on my new webhost (still NFO). The clostest thing I have to that is Admin.template.php and that's located in the themes/default.
