So for some odd reason (even with the old version that use to work) SMF seems to not work anymore on my new webhost (still NFO). I had an old webhost with NFO before and it worked great, but now it seems to be completely broken as shown in the picture;
I've tried the root directory, and the default directory I was going with "/forum" and it didn't work then. I wiped the database and did everything, this is a clean install of both the webhost and the software.
You are missing assets like css/image files. Is this a fresh install? Make sure the website is configured properly and that the assets are readable by the web server.

It is a fresh install, along with the website being fresh too, so I'm not sure what would need to be configured.
var smf_theme_url = "http://127.0.0.1/smf/Themes/default";
var smf_default_theme_url = "http://127.0.0.1/smf/Themes/default";
var smf_images_url = "http://127.0.0.1/smf/Themes/default/images";
Try going to your forums admin CP and changing settings like these.
I have no idea why it would try and pull from the IP address, I never set it to that, it doesn't give the option to set it to anything just in the settings where it has the server identifier and goes to source, cache and board.

If this is a new install, just reinstall the software and make sure you configure it right this time.
Yeah, I re-installed it over a dozen times, and it doesn't allow me to change anything that directs towards the IP/Domain url or whatever it's called. It just automatically directs there in the setup.
