Um my server crashed somehow and I can't restart it because I cant get to server control in my panel because when I click it, I sit for like 10 min and it still wont bring me there. So will you restart it for me.

My server just friggen lagged out and is at like 7000 latency.

I have never had lag once in the month I've had this server and it just lagged out. I have a hybrid Los Angeles server.

Yes I was wondering, if it's possible, how do I make it so only on certain maps gravity is lowered and weapons are restricted. I hope that I can access this either in my ftp or file manager because I don't want to have the trouble of editing the map. Can I do this?

I am looking for one that allows me to bury people, slap them, or make them glow pink like in previous cs's.
