Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

So i'm having a issue on my server where players crash and when they do its kicks them out of the client of garrys mod and we've tried a different content pack for the server far as workshop and disabling them. Not to sure what it can be any suggestions?

Need help installing Spacebuild 3 Enhancement Pack i added it to the workshop but it doesn't show up on the server tools list any suggestions?
