Players crashing in groups

So i'm having a issue on my server where players crash and when they do its kicks them out of the client of garrys mod and we've tried a different content pack for the server far as workshop and disabling them. Not to sure what it can be any suggestions?

I would recommend disabling all your addons and then see if it still happens, that would help you begin to pin point the issue.
