read it agian there are no files in that folder

when ever i try to add a map to the maps folder useing my ftp client (cuteftp) it says this file is already here would you like to overwrite it (there are no files in that folder) then i click yes and it gives me a error how can i fix this

could i put a online radio station onto the website that comes with the game server it well be related to counter strike but have music too is this alright?
