Cannot add maps

when ever i try to add a map to the maps folder useing my ftp client (cuteftp) it says this file is already here would you like to overwrite it (there are no files in that folder) then i click yes and it gives me a error how can i fix this

what error? And you could just delete the one thats already on there?

read it agian there are no files in that folder

cs_deagle5.bsp does not come with our servers by default so it should not exist.

I'd recommend trying again without passive mode, since it's possible you have a firewall that is blocking it. If you continue to have problems, you should email us or visit us in IRC so that we can provide personalized help.

The location of the option varies from client to client, but it should be covered in the help document for the program.

i looked in the help document and around the options settings i couldent find it anyone know of a decent and free ftp client i can use?

I use SmartFTP http://www.smartftp.com its free for public use. (and it r0x)
