I know that FireDaemon works on Win2k8, but I'll have to do some research on srvany (if it doesn't work, though, I suspect that we can find another free service configuration utility that will). Setting up Services for W2K8
Hi, I've setup services before in Windows Server 2003 (SRVANY). Does anyone know if this would be the way for W2K8 also? I haven't been successful in what to search for on this. Basically, I want to know how to setup any console application to be service instead, ie., SRCDS, etc. Thanks for any link...
