man i cant seem to find it anwhere but wasnt their a command to check what the fps was running at on a server? or is their a better method sorry for this stupid question but my searches are drawing up blanks and i want to experiment with the vps

ive made another login for someone else of course they cannot view programs on my login but what i am wondering is it possible to host off both of the users at the same time and if it would take more resources to do so then if everything was hosted off the one user account
