That wont work I tried that the other day, just change my email address or please cancel my account.

I no longer have access to that email address and I stated that much in the support ticket and that's why I asked john to simply change my email for me.

I just ordered my new server in Dallas and this is what the trace showed for Comcast coming out of LA when using the trace tool from HLSW. What is going on with Comcast ?

Comcast is horrible right now because their doing upgrades across the country. In order to get the most players at all times of the day I should have my server in an CHI or NYC data center. It's starting to look like DAL may be the best DC for my routing from Sacramento.

There's no New York in your trace :). It appears to take Sacramento->Fresno->Los Angeles->Seattle, based on the reverse DNS entries, and the latencies correspond to what I would expect for the distances along that path.

Well that 3rd from the last hop "internap-gw.ip4.tinet.net" is sending me from Seattle to NewYork and then back to Seattle again. Hope you had a good thanksgiving John.
