Cannot log into my control panel - email change

Hey guys earlier this evening I requested an email address change and now I cannot log into my control panel with either of my emails. Not sure what when wrong. I've cleared my browser cache so that's not the issue. Server name is Fragjunkies. Thanks

The request for an email change would've been sent to your old email address. Do you still have access to that? If so, check your emails spam folder to make sure it isn't going there.

I no longer have access to that email address and I stated that much in the support ticket and that's why I asked john to simply change my email for me.

If you don't have access to the email anymore you can try using this.

That wont work I tried that the other day, just change my email address or please cancel my account.

What about it didn't work?

Also, if you have a request open with John it would be best if you wait for his response as your issue may be deeper than appears with this topic.

Whatever, as soon as you do give me access to my support panel back, I'm canceling my server with you. I don't have time for this shit. This was going to be just one of three servers I was going to have NFO host but I'm tired of dealing with you people. This time I wont ever come back again.

Great bandwidth, great hardware, most of the time good tech support, but not when it counts.

Sorry, it was a fact that slipped by, sometimes mistakes happen :D

Back to my previous question. The link I sent you above is designed to resolve this exact situation, what about it didn't work?

Please take a step back, and realize what you are asking.

You are asking on a public forum to have the email address to your account changed, would you like it if NFO did this without any verification, what if it was a random user asking to change the email to your control panel account?

I, as well as kraze got the impression from your posts you had a ticket in with john, perhaps under a different, temporary account(that is what I would do).

Mind your own god damned business retard, I've already asked this in a support ticket, you have no clue of what has transpired, just STFU and stop posting things that you don't know about.
Why is it you people get involved it shit you know nothing about.

Ah there is always one person out there who acts like this when someone is trying to help.

You seem frustrated, which is understandable if you cannot get access to your account, but that wasn't necessary.

I will re-state you posted on a public forum, which means there can/will be input from other users.

I am not a staff member of NuclearFallout Enterprises, and have no way of looking at your support tickets.

EDIT: Please, don't reply to this, just reply to kraze so you can get access back to your account.

For some reason you're thinking I know who you are, I don't :/ I don't know your email address, request ID or even the subject that I can search for. The server identifier you gave also doesn't have any open support request so I don't even have a baseline.

Yes it does have a support ticket open. I'll just wait until Timex or john can handle this.
