Thank you for being so on top of the server patches NFO! Having worked with more than five different hosting providers over the years, I can tell you that the level of communication and service here is second to none!

The NFO control panel works great using iPhone or iPad!

I really appreciate how on the ball you guys are with patching servers. Immediately applying the patch when the server empties out or crashes is a great strategy. I’ve never had a hosting provider so on top of these things. Thanks NFO!

Has anyone been able to successfully add their own server banner yet?

I'm getting the following error:
"Your retrieved server banner was an invalid format (not .dds), so the default NFO banner was used instead."

They must have still been working on it when I initially tried to configure the server. It now appears to be online and running.

I'm in the same boat.

Was your server pre-ordered, or did you install to a VDS?

I currently lease a single BC2 server from NFO, and I've been impressed with game server performance. I'm hoping that NFO will be an official BF3 hosting provider. Can someone from NFO respond and confirm whether or not NFO will offer BF3 hosting?
