Ok, one last question. Do I need to input anything into the add a domain section? or does adding the subdomain and pointing my dns take care of everything? Also, this will not interfere with my website operation correct? I'm a complete newb when it comes to websites

I have recently purchased a domain name. I am currently using it for a website hosted with a different provider. I would like to change the server IP to game.xxxxxxxx.com.
