I just realized that trying a fresh server won't really matter. The issue is happening when the server is pretty full. I would have to install and figure out how to populate a new server in order to test the problem in that example.

Do you want this data from csgo\logs or csgo\logfiles? Logfiles does seem to have more pertinent information than logs.
