AMX Map Selection Messed up!
When it come time to vote for a new map, The selection is different for everybody. Example...I'll see 1 as Militia and my friend willl see 1 as assault. Does anyone know what causes this? And how to fix it.

Server Kicks eveyone on map change
When I change the map, the server says server shutting down. What could cause this? I am only running the default plugins for amx 0.99.

Banning Steam ID
Can someone tell me how to ban someone by there steam id. I've tried to ban them using amx_ban, but they jus change there name and reconnect.

How to I enable the /rank and /top 15 stuff on cs stats. Every time someone types that, it says Server has disables that option. How do I enable it?

Everytime I try to upload maps to my server I get this error.(Request Denied.Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation).
